Supervisor Employee Phone Numbers

This report displays the telephone numbers of employees assigned to the supervisor who is running the report.

The report is sorted by organization unit, and then alphabetically by employee last name. The organization unit heading includes the name of the organization. Report fields include the employee name, the phone type (e.g. Home, Pager, Mobile, etc.), and the phone number.

Report parameters include the following options:

• A option button to determine whether the report is run by organization unit or by schedule group.
• If the organization option button is selected, indicate the organization unit to be included, or leave these fields blank to include all organization units.
• If the Schedule Group option button is selected, choose the schedule group from the listing in the Field Look Up Values in the left pane.
• Whether to include the names of employees who do not have a phone number.
