My Prerequisite Status

This report lists any classes that fall within the indicated date range that require prerequisites for the logged in user. This report can be used by employees to view the prerequisite courses they need to take before they can take a scheduled class.

The heading includes the organization unit, then employee name and code, and finally the name of the class and the scheduled date. Fields include the prerequisite name and description, the status of the prerequisite (complete, missing, or scheduled) and the start date of prerequisite classes that are completed or scheduled.

Report parameters include the following options:

• The start date and end date of the date range of scheduled classes to be checked for prerequisites.
• Whether to include classes where the prerequisite is met, classes where the prerequisite is not met (missing or scheduled), classes where the prerequisite is scheduled, classes where the prerequisite is missing, or all of the previous status options.
