Authorization Roles Assigned to a Policy

This report lists all the roles that grant access to a specific policy, including non-standard roles. The individual roles displayed in this report can be expanded to list the details of the policy.

The report is sorted by the roles that include the policy selected in the set up screen. The role name and description are included. Fields display an X to show whether the access is Read, Create, Edit, Delete, Execute, Request. Additional information is given for Exception Override level, Location, Exclusion Times and Indicators/Parameters.

Report parameters include the following options:

• The authorization policy to be included in the report can be selected from the Field Look Up Values in the left pane. Policies are by section name>card name>screen name>policy.
