Employee Scheduled Hours Distribution Summary

This report shows employees whose Home labor distribution is selected and who worked the selected types of schedules during the indicated date range. The report includes the number of hours the employee worked in various labor distributions and profiles, the number of hours worked for each profile, and the percentage of hours worked in each profile compared to the overall hours worked.

Report parameters include the following options:

• Which Home organization unit or schedule group to include.

  This report displays employees whose Primary Home Labor Distribution match the values entered. It does not include "child" organization units. For example, if the employee home organization unit is set up at the unit level (9th level) and a user enters values for the cost center (8th level), only those employees set up at the cost center level are displayed.

• Whether to run this report for a specific employee or all employees in the selected organization unit/schedule group. To run for a single employee, click on the icon to the right of the field to open a screen to search for an employee record.
• Whether to run this report for employees linked to a specific Home job class or for all Home job classes by leaving this field blank. To run for a single job class, click on the icon to the right of the field to open a screen to search for a job class record.
• The start and end dates of the range to be included in the report.
• Whether to include pending, published, non-productive and/or calendar information (yes/no).
