This report lists information from the Benefits Hierarchy table. For each Benefit Hierarchy Code, the following information is displayed:
The heading includes the Benefit Hierarchy code, description, paid pay code and benefit plan.
For Non-Probation Period Paid and Probation Period Paid, the report lists the reduce order, primary plan, secondary plan, and paid pay code for each of the codes attached to the hierarchy. The Indicator codes, descriptions, and value settings are displayed.
The Parameter codes, descriptions, and value settings (if applicable) are displayed.
