This report shows a summary of scheduled hours based on the employees' home organization unit. Home hours are those worked in the selected organization unit by employees whose Primary Home assignment is in the selected organization unit. Non-Home hours are those worked in another organization unit by employees whose Primary Home is in the selected organization unit.
The primary heading is by Organization Unit, displaying the code and description. The secondary heading is by Position code, displaying the code and description. For each position, the report is broken down by Productive hours and Non-Productive Hours (if the Show Non-Productive Hours parameter is set to Yes) and then by Home and Non-Home Cost Centers.
For the productive hours, the Home Cost Center Distribution information and Scheduled Hours by Distribution is listed, and then the Non-Home Cost Center Distribution information and Scheduled Hours by Distribution is listed. A pie chart is displayed showing the percentage of Home versus Non-Home Productive Hours.
For the non-productive hours, the Home Cost Center Distribution information and Scheduled Hours by Distribution is listed, and then the Non-Home Cost Center Distribution information and Scheduled Hours by Distribution is listed.
